This video series will be distributed for free to doctor's offices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities around the country for use during pediatric visits. By submitting your footage you give the creators of this project permission to use your footage on this and similar projects. Your footage and personal information will never be sold and will never be used for any for-profit purposes.
