Terms and Conditions

Without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I hereby give my consent to Scott Peterman, LLC, its affiliates and agents, to use my image and likeness and/or any interview statements from me in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet).

I hereby declare that I am the original owner of all videos I upload to this site and I represent and warrant that:

1. I grant the use, distribution, display, and reproduction of the videos royalty-free and authority to use the videos and all words words and phrases mentioned therein for purposes.
    

2. I grant to the distribution of the images and the videos including the subjects, in print, electronic, including video formats capable for viewing through electronic devices.
    

3. I hereby waive my right to inspect and/or approve the videos for which they may be applied.
    

4. I release, discharge, and hold harmless the recipient of the videos against any and all claims that I may have arising from or in connection with my participation in the said videos. 

 

This consent is given in perpetuity, and does not require prior approval by me.
